New Town Cellar lining is an extremely useful way of
creating valuable extra space in basement flats.The extra space is useful for fridges, freezers and
laundry facilities. Cellars can also be fitted with
electrical sockets, lighting and shelving for this
purpose.
Cellars can be fitted with new doors if the cost of the
lining package is above budget.
Cellars are guaranteed for 15 years. |
